                      Exhibits  Day
                        Our Exhibits Day is  Thursday, February 27, 2014 from 7:30 am – 4:30 pm. We expect over 300  participants at the main conference and they love visiting the displays! Our  centrally located display area offers many opportunities for exploring the  displays and finding great resources: two half hour breaks during the day and a  full hour at lunch.
                      Exhibitor  Rates
                        $200.00 for for-profits
                        $100.00 for non-profits
                        
                        This  covers the cost of one exhibitor and includes one 6’ draped table and 1 chair,  breaks and lunch. Internet access and electricity needs to be arranged  separately and may be subject to additional charges. Each additional person is  $75. Exhibitors wishing to attend keynotes and workshops  will need to register separately as participants.
                      Setting up your Display 
                      You  may set up your display any time after 7:00 am on Thursday, February 27, 2014.  All display tables will have signs indicating your reserved spot, and staff  will be on site if you require any assistance. Each display will include a  draped 6’ table and 1 chair. The display area will be open for participants  until 5:00pm. The location of exhibits is on the main floor of the hotel in  room Mississauga B. 
                      Please note the  following:
                      Electricity
                      Exhibitors with basic electricity needs (for example for a laptop) will be able  to use the electrical outlets free of charge in the display area, although they  will be shared with other tables as required. Please ensure that our staff are aware or your  electricity requirements because outlets are limited and are not guaranteed.  Depending on your electricity needs you may be subject to additional charges. 
                      Exhibitors  are asked to bring their own extension cords and/or powerbars. 
                      Internet
                        Internet access can be arranged for your display. If you anticipate requiring  internet or your display, please ensure that you indicate clearly on your  application form. Internet may be subject to additional charges.
                      VERY IMPORTANT: Shipping/Storage/Canada Customs 
                        For any  materials that will need to be shipped to the hotel, click here for a  shipping label.
                      The  Hilton Toronto Airport & Suites has very limited storage space. They are  happy to store items for a day or two before the conference, but no earlier.  Your shipments should arrive at the hotel on either MONDAY, FEBRUARY 24, 2014, TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 25, 2014 OR WEDNESDAY,  FEBRUARY 25, 2014. Items received before these dates may be rejected at the  hotel and be returned to the sender.
                                              Conference materials shipped to the Hilton Toronto  Airport Hotel & Suites must be clearly labeled with the name of the  conference (Best Start Resource Centre Conference), dates of the event  (February 26-28, 2014), hotel contact (exhibitor name/organization) and  exhibitor address. Due to limited storage facilities, the Hotel is unable to  store display materials or show merchandise. Deliveries will not be accepted more  than 48 hours prior to the start of the Meeting. Should guests require delivery  of crates, boxes, or display material, it must first be coordinated with the  Event Services Manager. Handling charges may be incurred based upon size,  weight, and storage of conference materials. Weight of each box should not  exceed 40lbs. Deliveries from outside Canada must have a Customs Broker in  order to ensure proper clearance over the border. The Hotel is not responsible  for clearing shipments held at the border and reserves the right to refuse any  shipments that arrive with duties and taxes outstanding.
