Ideas
for Local Media Initiatives
You can enhance the provincial media
coverage by working with local media including community
papers and ethnic press. Consider writing articles about
local statistics and concerns about PPMD. Arrange for
a media interview with a knowledgeable health care provider
or with a mom who has recovered from PPMD, Encourage
your local media contacts to use the clips, articles
and PSAs. ... More ideas and tips will follow.
Media Resources
Media resources such as camera-ready
articles will be made available on the website once
they have been developed. The media prefers to have
a local angle. You can begin by collecting local statistics
and stories.
