All registrations include: Conference bag and delegate kit, free hotel parking, breakfast, lunch and refreshment breaks.
Conference registration does NOT include accommodations.

Exhibitor Fees:

$200.00 for for-profits
$100.00 for non-profits

This covers the cost of one exhibitor and includes one  6’ draped table and 1 chair. Internet access and electricity needs to be arranged separately and may be subject to additional charges. Each additional person is $75.

Exhibitors wishing to attend keynotes and workshops will need to register separately as participants.

Cancellation policy
Notification of cancellation and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing before January 31, 2014. Refunds will be subject to a $50.00 administration fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after January 31, 2014.
